Fizix Interactive Studios is a full service web and interactive design and development studio in Cambridgeshire, England. The Labs are essentially our blog which we use to share our views with the world, post about industry news, discuss relevant topics and of course to share some knowledge through tutorials which we hope will help those learning the trade and serve as a useful reference for other professionals who want to touch up on their skills.
The Fizix Philosophy
The internet is still young and on the whole still maturing. As the industry is still fairly immature the approach from both web developers and from
businesses utilising the web tend to be slightly immature also. By immature we don't mean childish, but moreso that what people want and in turn what they get
don't follow the ethics, ideas and standards they should do... or would do if the internet was more evolved.
We believe the future is about realignment with business realities, being the ones to come up with new creative ideas, improving what already exists and being first
out the gate with breakthrough creative technology & ideas. It's about getting your customers to purchase more, shifting perception of your brand, deepening
awareness & increasing loyalty. It's about creating a solution that reaches out to your customers across many mediums, tapping into cultural mores, even the
most niche ones, penetrating cultural barriers & merging emotional context with physical experiences.
In short, we believe on demand media, intense interactivity and complex advertising methods, akin to seen in the more mature TV and Media and building sites and
running campaigns with true, quantifiable business goals is where the internet will turn next. The movements already happening, on demand media and multimedia
content is already generating momentum and interactive advertising has solidified itself as a major e-marketing method for large companies who want to make
an impact and drive business.
